The Program

The Program

In addition to their internships, DojoHouse members follow our 10-week educational playbook and engage with in-house programming (mentor office hours, fireside chats, corporate site visits, and networking with biotech leaders) to accelerate their growth as biotech leaders.

Members launch an inquiry into a biotech research question, where they profile technological progress, unveil potential for innovation, and devise pathways to capitalize. Programming culminates in an end-of-summer pitch to life sciences VCs and other biotech leaders. We emphasize interdisciplinary exchange of knowledge and believe innovation abounds when enterprise and cutting-edge science intertwine. Imbued with these values, the DojoHouse acts as a co-living space and a mini-incubator, cultivating the next big ideas from the youngest talent.
